Sauteed Baby Bella Mushrooms

Serves 4 | 

Lightly seasoned to bring out the best flavor.

Ingredients:

12 oz baby bella mushrooms
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
1/3 cup dry white wine
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Pour olive oil into a skillet. Turn to medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms to skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes. (Caps should be caramelized)
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Sprinkle salt and pepper over mushrooms and toss together. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add butter, thyme and garlic to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove skillet from heat. Pour in white wine. Return skillet to heat and cook for 4 minutes.
