Parmesan Garlic Red Potatoes

Serves 6 | 

The garlic Parmesan potatoes are simply amazing.

Ingredients:

2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Arrange potatoes in a medium baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt and lemon juice. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
  4. Cover baking dish and place in oven, bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, transfer to servings plates and enjoy!
