Avocado Turkey Sandwich with Spicy Sriracha Aioli

Serves 1 sandwich |
Layers of flavor in every bite.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 slices bread, your preference |
1/2 avocado, sliced |
4 slices deli turkey |
Arugula, for garnish, optional |
Sprouts, for garnish, optional |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
- Combine Sriracha sauce, lime juice and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Stir together well.
- Spread the Sriracha aioli one side of both slices of bread.
- Lay avocado slices, deli turkey, arugula and sprouts on top of one slice of bread.
- Place the second slice of bread, aioli side down to complete the sandwich.
- Pour olive oil into a pan and bring to medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the sandwich into the pan and sear both sides of the sandwich until lightly browned.
- Transfer sandwich to a plate, cut in half and enjoy!
