Vegan Hummus Veggie Wrap

Serves 1 |
Wholesome, delicious and so simple to make.
Ingredients:
4 spinach wraps |
1 cup hummus |
1 cucumber, cut into thin slices |
1 avocado, sliced |
1 tomato, sliced |
12 basil leaves, for garnish |
2 cups fresh spinach leaves |
Microgreens, for garnish |
Alfalfa sprouts, for garnish |
Directions:
- Spread hummus along the middle and outwards on the wraps, leaving about 1/2-inch at the corners.
- Place cucumber slices in the center of each wrap. Layer each wrap with avocado slices, tomato slices, basil leaves, spinach, microgreens and alfalfa sprouts.
- Fold over one side of the wrap and tightly roll it up like a burrito. Repeat process for the remaining wraps. Then cut the wraps in half and enjoy!
