Baked Citrus Salmon

The perfect amount of sweet and tangy.
Ingredients:
6 salmon fillets |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Place salmon fillets in a large baking dish. In a small bowl, stir together the lime juice, orange juice, honey, brown sugar, and olive oil. Pour marinade over the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450° F. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes. Fish should easily flake with a fork.
