Seasoned Jasmine Rice





Serves 2 |
A simple and easy to prepare side dish.
Ingredients:
| 2 cups water |
| 1 cup jasmine rice |
| 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted |
| 4 tablespoons Herbes de Provence |
| Salt, to taste |
| Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Fill a 3-quart saucepan with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Add rice and cook for 10-15, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Drain the water.
- Transfer the rice to a mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over rice and season with Herbes de Provence, salt and black pepper. Stir or toss until the rice is evenly coated.
- Spoon onto serving plates and enjoy!
