Parmesan-Garlic Popcorn





Serves 3 cups |
A recipe so easy, it ought to be criminal.
Ingredients:
| 1/4 teaspoon sea salt | 
| 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese | 
| 2 tablespoons popcorn kernels | 
| 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder | 
| 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil | 
Directions:
- Pour popcorn into a brown paper bag. Fold top over 3 times.
- Stand the bag upright in to microwave, cook for 2-3 minutes. (Remove when popping slows)
- Pour olive oil into bag, close and lightly shake a few times.
- Add sea salt, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Close bag and shake vigorously.
- Pour popcorn into serving bowl and enjoy.
