Nutty Peach Freeze Cocktail

A frozen cocktail unlike any other.

Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup toasted walnuts |
| 2 oz walnut flavored liqueur |
| 2 oz brandy |
| 2 cups sliced fresh peaches, plus 2 slices reserved for garnish |
| 2 cups vanilla ice cream |
| 2 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate shavings |
Directions:
- In a blender, grind the walnuts. Add the liqueur, brandy and peaches, blend on high. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 tall chilled glasses and garnish with chocolate shavings. Arrange 1 peach slice on the edge of each glass and serve immediately.
