Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties
- Makes Juice drinks by instructions & recipes provided
- Operates a cash register following established policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and merchandising.
- Responsible for all items from the time the product is delivered to the back door until it is purchased by our customers.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining all marketing programs.
- Trains & develops all Juice Bar Department employees in product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, merchandising techniques, & customer service skills on an on-going basis.
- Maintains the appropriate profit margin in accordance to the approved pre-set budget, which entails, but is not limited to: sales goals, cost of goods, labor, expenses, price changes and waste management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- 2 years of managerial experience
- Strong communication skills
- Possess the ability to handle high stress and volume of customers while maintaining a positive shopping experience for the customer.
- 1+ years’ experience Juice bar
- 1+ years’ experience barista
Physical Demands
- In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Frequently lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Work Hours: Availability requirements include; but are not limited to; days, evenings, weekends, & holidays.
Work Location: One location
Pay frequency: Every week
