Baked Club Sliders

Serves 24 | 

Bite-sized perfection.

Ingredients:

24 slider buns, sliced horizontally
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 lb thin sliced ham
2 lb thin sliced turkey
14 slices bacon, cooked
12 slices provolone cheese, cut int half
2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons brown mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Set out two large baking pans.
  2. Arrange the bottom bun halves in the baking pans. Spread the mayonnaise across the buns. Place the ham, turkey, bacon, and provolone on top. Lay the top buns on the cheese.
  3. Melt butter in a mixing bowl. Stir in the brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, onion powder, and sugar. Brush the butter mixture over the rolls.
  4. Place the baking pans into the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the bun tops are golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cutting into individual sliders. Enjoy!
