Reuben Tacos

Unlike any taco you’ve had before.

Ingredients:

For the Russian Dressing:
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt, to taste
For the Tacos:
1 lb corned beef, diced
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut
10 flour taco tortillas, 8-inch

Directions:

  1. Combine the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, ketchup, mayonnaise, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir together until well combined. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. Lay out the tortillas flat on baking sheet.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of the Russian dressing down middle of each tortilla. Top the dressing with corned beef and shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Place the tacos into the oven. Bake for 5-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove the tacos from oven. Top the tacos with sauerkraut. Enjoy!
