Serves 1 |
A nutrient dense smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup berries |
4 ice cubes |
1 tablespoon coconut oil |
1/2 banana |
1 cup spinach |
12 oz. protein powder |
Water, add for consistency |
Directions:
- Combine berries, coconut oil, banana, ice cubes, protein powder and spinach in blender.
- Add water until desired consistency is reached. Serve and enjoy!
