Homemade Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal

Serves 8 | 

A great way to start the morning.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups steel cut oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
7 cups water
Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Pour water, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt, brown sugar and oats into the slow cooker.
  3. Set the temperature to low and cook for 8 hours.
  4. Stir together the ingredients before serving and enjoy!
