Ingredients:
| 2 tablespoons honey |
| 2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped |
| 2 apples, cored and sliced |
| 2 tablespoons lime juice |
| 1 cup pomegranate arils |
Directions:
- Toss together lime juice, pomegranate arils and apple slices, in a salad bowl.
- Top with mint leaves and drizzle honey over entire mixture.
- Serve in small bowls and enjoy!
