Serves 5 |
Roasted to mouthwatering perfection.
Ingredients:
1 leg of lamb, 5 lb. |
4 cloves garlic, sliced |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
2 Tbsp fresh rosemary |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

- Roast in preheated oven until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness, turn the leg over approx. half way through the cooking time, total timw about 1 3/4 to 2 hours. Do not overcook the lamb, the flavor is best if meat is still slightly pink 135 degree. Let rest at least 10 minutes before carving.
