Slow Cooker Jalapeno Corn Dip





Serves 8 |
Spicy, creamy, cheesy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
| 2 cans whole kernel corn, 15.25 oz each |
| 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced |
| 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
| 8 oz cream cheese, cubed |
| 1/3 cup sour cream |
| 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese |
| 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco |
| 1/4 cup chopped cilantro |
| 1 lime |
Directions:
- Pour the corn kernels, jalapenos, bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded Colby jack into a slow cooker. Turn on low and cook for 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.
- Spoon the dip into a large bowl. Top with queso fresco and cilantro. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice over top, then stir together.
- Serve with your favorite of chips. Enjoy!
