Marinated Steak Bites





Serves 2 |
Fantastic as an appetizer or entrée with sides.
Ingredients:
| 1 lb top sirloin steak, cubed |
| 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup soy sauce |
| 1/3 cup olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon dried parsley |
| 2 tablespoons dried basil |
| 1 teaspoon minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
- Stir together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, dried parsley, dried basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the steak pieces into the resealable container. Pour the marinade over the steak. Place the lid on and toss to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak pieces from marinade and place into the skillet. Cook for about 1 minute and flip, continue cooking until all the steak bites are browned.
