S'mores Crispy Rice Treats





Serves 16 |
Two all-time favorites combined into one.
Ingredients:
| 6 tablespoons salted butter |
| 1 bag jumbo marshmallows, 12 oz. |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 4 cups rice cereal |
| 2 cups graham cracker cereal |
| 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, divided |
| 4 chocolate bars, broken into pieces |
Directions:
- Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the jumbo marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract. Then add the rice cereal, graham cracker cereal, and half of the mini marshmallows. Stir until the cereals are evenly coated.
- Transfer half of the cereal mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the chocolate bar pieces and half of the remaining mini marshmallows. Top with the remaining cereal mixture. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate bar pieces and marshmallows over top.
- Cut into 16 small squares. Enjoy!
