Ham and Cheese Breakfast Bagel Sandwich





Serves 4 |
Incredibly easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon butter |
| 8 eggs |
| Salt, to taste |
| Ground black pepper, to taste |
| 4 everything bagels, halved and toasted |
| 4 slices cheddar cheese |
| 4 slices bacon, cooked |
| 4 slices ham, cooked |
Directions:
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add butter and let melt. Add eggs, season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and scramble eggs. Remove skillet from heat and divide eggs into 4 equal servings.
- Place eggs on bottom half of the toasted bagels. Place a slice of cheese, bacon and ham to each. Place the top half of the bagel on top and enjoy!
