Cranberry Chutney

Serves about 2 cups | 

A delicious side for your holiday meals.

Ingredients:

1 apple, peeled and chopped
2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground clove

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. 
  2. Reduce the heat to a low simmer and cook, covered, for 20 minutes. 
  3. Uncover and cook for a few minutes more, to reduce any remaining liquid.
