Easy Pork Loin with Dijon Mustard





Serves 8 |
Extremely tender with a nice tang.
Ingredients:
| 2 tablespoons flour |
| 4 tablespoons steak seasoning |
| 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 cup melted butter |
| 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast, trimmed |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475° F. Line a broiler pan with foil.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, steak seasoning, mustard and butter.
- Evenly rub mixture all over pork roast. Set roast on broiler pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F. Bake roast for an additional 50-55 minutes.
- Remove roast from oven. Let stand.
- Slice and enjoy.
