Simple Grilled Corn on the Cob





Serves 4 |
Grill corn on the cob in their husks and then remove silks after cooking.
Ingredients:
| 4 corn on the cobs, with husks |
| Butter |
Directions:
- Prepare grill for direct, high heat.
- Set corn (in husks) on grill rack. Cover grill and cook corn for about 15 to 20 minutes, until husks are blackened all over. Note: While corn cooks, turn occasionally.
- Remove corn from grill, and let sit for 5 minutes. Wearing cooking mitts or using a hand towel, remove husks and silks from cobs.
- Serve with butter.
