Slow Cooked Mashed Potatoes

Serves 6 | 

Never again will you have to boil and mash.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 lb red potatoes, cut into small chunks
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sour cream
Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Coat the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Add potatoes, place lid on and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. Remove top, add milk, pepper, minced garlic, salt, and sour cream. Use hand mixer to blend all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper in desired.
  4. Serve while hot.
