Easy Pineapple Fritters

Serves 12 | 

Excellent with your morning coffee.

Ingredients:

+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
1 can crushed pineapples, drained, 20 oz.+ Add to Shopping List
1 1/2 cups flour+ Add to Shopping List
1 cup cooking oil+ Add to Shopping List
1 tablespoon baking powder+ Add to Shopping List
2 tablespoons sugar+ Add to Shopping List
1/2 cup milk+ Add to Shopping List
Powdered sugar, for topping+ Add to Shopping List

Directions:

  1. Pour cooking oil into a pan. Bring to medium heat.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Once mixed, add milk and pineapples. Stir together until dough sticks together.
  3. Separate dough into 12 equal pieces. Press down with a spatula to create patties. Place dough in hot oil pan and cook until browned then flip. Repeat with remaining dough to make fritters.
  4. Place fritters on paper towels and top with powdered sugar.
