Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb top sirloin steak, sliced into strips
1 packet fajita seasoning, 1 oz.
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 red onion, chopped
8 burrito size flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups steamed white rice
1 can chili beans, cooked, 15.5 oz.
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Sour cream, for serving
Guacamole, for serving
Directions:
- Toss steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2/3 of the fajita seasoning packet in a mixing bowl.
