Spicy Chorizo Nachos





Serves 4 |
These nachos are on a new level of delicious.
Ingredients:
| 1 lb chorizo sausage |
| 1/2 bag tortilla chips, 8 oz. |
| 1 cup chopped olives |
| 3 green onions, chopped |
| 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
| 1/2 cup chopped cilantro |
| Pico de Gallo, for topping |
| Hot Sauce, for topping |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Bring a skillet to medium heat, once hot, cook chorizo breaking apart while cooking. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread out the tortilla chips on baking sheet. Sprinkle chorizo over chips, pimento peppers, green onions and then the cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove nachos from the oven and sprinkle cilantro, pico de gallo and hot sauce over top.
