Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

Serves 8 | 

A fantastic centerpiece for your holiday dinners.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 lb boneless pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 can whole cranberry sauce, 16 oz.

Directions:

  1. Pour olive oil into a pan and bring to medium heat. Once hot, place pork tenderloin into pan and sear all of the pork until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  2. Grease the inner dish of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in the dish of the slow cooker.
  4. Spread the mustard over the pork tenderloin. Pour the Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and cranberry sauce on top.
  5. Place the lid onto the slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. Stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove the pork tenderloin from the slow cooker. Slice into servings and transfer to plates. Spoon cranberry sauce over top and enjoy!
