Overnight Chai Spiced Oats

Hearty, healthy and ready-to-eat!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats
3 teaspoons chai spice
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk, your choice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together together oats, chai spice and chia seeds. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
  3. Divide the oat mixture into two separate container. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to eat, stir a few times to mix up the oats and enjoy!
