Overnight Chai Spiced Oats





Serves 2 |
Hearty, healthy and ready-to-eat!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats |
3 teaspoons chai spice |
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds |
1 cup milk, your choice |
1 cup plain Greek yogurt |
1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup |
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together together oats, chai spice and chia seeds. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
- Divide the oat mixture into two separate container. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, stir a few times to mix up the oats and enjoy!
