Avocado and Hummus Veggie Sandwich





Serves 3 sandwiches |
Loaded with delicious and wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients:
6 slices whole wheat bread, toasted |
1 cup hummus |
1 cup fresh spinach |
1 avocado, sliced |
1 tomato, sliced |
1 carrot, shredded |
9 green olives, chopped |
1 cucumber, sliced |
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce |
Directions:
- Spread hummus on one side of all six slices of bread. Set three slices of bread off to the side.
- Arrange an equal amount of spinach, avocado, tomato, shredded carrots, green olives, cucumber and red onion on the three slices of bread. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the sandwiches.
- Place the remaining three slices of bread with the hummus side down on top of veggies to complete the sandwich and enjoy!
