Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders





Serves 8 |
Crispy, savory and sweet, the trifecta of deliciousness.
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup light brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
8 strips thick-cut bacon |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each chicken breast into 4 long strips.
- Place the chicken into a mixing bowl. Pour the brown sugar, salt and pepper over top. Toss to coat the chicken.
- Wrap a strip of bacon in a spiral around each chicken tender. Arrange the bacon-wrapped tenders on the baking dish.
- Place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy, and the chicken is cooked.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to serving plates. Enjoy!
