Crispy Ricotta Fried Egg





Serves 1 |
The new gold standard for fried eggs.
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons Ricotta cheese |
1 large egg |
Red pepper flakes, to taste |
Dried oregano, to taste |
1/4 avocado |
1 taco-size tortilla, warmed |
Directions:
- Grease a pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle the ricotta in the pan. Bring to medium heat and allow the cheese to cook undisturbed until just beginning to melt.
- Gently crack the egg in the center of the cheese. Then sprinkle the red pepper flakes and dried oregano over the egg. Cook to preferred doneness.
- Smash the avocado in a small bowl and spread it across the warmed tortilla. Place the fried egg on top of the avocado. Enjoy!
