Slow Cooker Bourbon Apple Butter Meatballs





Serves 6 |
Sweet and smoky with a little tangy goodness.
Ingredients:
| 1/2 cup ketchup |
| 1/2 cup bourbon |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1 cup apple butter |
| 1/4 cup brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
| 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
| 2 lb frozen homestyle meatballs |
Directions:
- Add the ketchup, bourbon, salt, apple butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Pour the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker. Then pour the sauce mixture over the frozen meatballs.
- Place the lid on and cook for 6-7 hours on low or for 3-4 hours on high. Stirring occasionally.
- Enjoy while hot.
