Shrimp Cocktail with Remoulade

Incredibly flavorful and surprisingly easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped |
1/4 cup green onions, chopped,green and white parts |
2 tablespoons chopped celery |
1 tablespoon chopped garlic |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Cayenne seasoning, to taste |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
2 pounds shrimp, cooked and chilled |
Directions:
- Place the first 14 ingredients in a food processor and pulse until fairly smooth but with some remaining texture. Chill.
- Arrange the shrimp on a tray or other serving dish and put the remoulade in a small bowl for dipping.
