Ingredients:
| 2 tablespoons pesto sauce |
| 2 flat breads |
| 1 tomato, thinly sliced |
| 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped |
| 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
- Heat your oven to 425º F.
- Spread pesto on bread, add a layer of tomato and a layer of basil. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Place in oven and bake until the cheese is golden and melted, about 7 minutes. Cut and serve.
