Deliciously Seasoned Corn on the Cob





Serves 8 |
A real treat that is spiced to perfection. Great fresh, easy preparation for a later date.
Ingredients:
| 8 ears sweet corn, (shucked) |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons smoked salt, (coarse) |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt |
| 1 tablespoon black pepper, (coarse) |
| 1 teaspoon paprika |
| 2 teaspoons orange zest, (finely grated) |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, (for drizzling) |
| 1 stick unsalted butter |
Directions:
- Separate salts into individual bowls. Mix orange zest with sea salt. Mix paprika with kosher salt and pepper with smoked salt.
- Turn grill to medium heat. Evenly coat corn with vegetable oil. Grill corn to a light char for 15 minutes, turning often.
- Butter corn and serve with preffered seasoned salt.
