Extra Cheesy Slow Cooker Hot Corn & Chile Cheese Dip

Serves 6 | 

The dip whose flavor won’t quit!

Ingredients:

1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chives
4 slices bacon, chopped into small bits
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt, to taste
1 can fire roasted green chiles, drained
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cans fire roasted corn, drained
Ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine Pepper Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, parmesan cheese and corn in a slow cooker. Stir together well.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and stir together.
  3. Place cream cheese on top of mixture then cover. Set to low heat and cook for 2 hours.
  4. Remove cover, stir ingredients together then replace cover. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle bacon on dip and enjoy!
