Extra Cheesy Slow Cooker Hot Corn & Chile Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
| 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese |
| 2 tablespoons chives |
| 4 slices bacon, chopped into small bits |
| 1/2 cup sour cream |
| Salt, to taste |
| 1 can fire roasted green chiles, drained |
| 8 oz cream cheese |
| 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 3 cans fire roasted corn, drained |
| Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Combine Pepper Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, parmesan cheese and corn in a slow cooker. Stir together well.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir together.
- Place cream cheese on top of mixture then cover. Set to low heat and cook for 2 hours.
- Remove cover, stir ingredients together then replace cover. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle bacon on dip and enjoy!
