Parmesan Garlic Red Potatoes





Serves 6 |
The garlic Parmesan potatoes are simply amazing.
Ingredients:
| 2 lb. red potatoes, quartered |
| 1/4 cup butter, melted |
| 2 teaspoons minced garlic |
| 1 teaspoon salt |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| Grated Parmesan cheese, for topping |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Arrange potatoes in a medium baking dish.
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt and lemon juice. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
- Cover baking dish and place in oven, bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, transfer to servings plates and enjoy!
