Italian Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza





Serves 4 |
A classic meat lovers-style pizza.
Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pizza crust |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, more for drizzling |
2 cups shredded Provolone cheese |
1 cup pepperoni slices |
1 cup chopped sausage |
1 can fire roasted tomatoes, drained, 15 oz. |
Italian seasonings, to taste |
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375° F. Grease a circular baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place pizza crust on baking pan. Pour olive oil in center of pizza crust, use the bottom of a spoon to spread out. Sprinkle Provolone cheese over pizza crust. Layer pepperoni, sausage and tomatoes over cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasonings over top and drizzle a small amount over top of all ingredients.
- Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crust is crispy, and cheese is melted.
