Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders

Serves 6 | 

Simple, quick and wildly flavorful.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon butter
2 lb chicken tenderloins
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 teaspoons paprika
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Pour the olive oil into a skillet. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and bring to medium heat. Stir together.
  2. Once the butter has melted and the skillet is hot, add the chicken tenderloins. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3 minutes per side.
  3. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add the garlic and remaining butter. Cook for 30 seconds, until the garlic is fragrant. Then stir together.
  4. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over top and cook for another minute.
  5. Transfer the chicken to serving plates.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
