Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders





Serves 6 |
Simple, quick and wildly flavorful.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon olive oil |
4 tablespoon butter |
2 lb chicken tenderloins |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
4 teaspoons paprika |
8 cloves garlic, minced |
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
- Pour the olive oil into a skillet. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and bring to medium heat. Stir together.
- Once the butter has melted and the skillet is hot, add the chicken tenderloins. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3 minutes per side.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add the garlic and remaining butter. Cook for 30 seconds, until the garlic is fragrant. Then stir together.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over top and cook for another minute.
- Transfer the chicken to serving plates.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and enjoy!
