Crescent Roll Pizza Pockets

Serves 4 |
Easy, delicious, and only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz. |
1/4 cup pizza sauce |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
8 pepperoni slices |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a work surface. Cut into 4 rectangles. Transfer to the baking sheet.
- Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each rectangle, leaving at least a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella over the pizza sauce. Place 2 slices pepperoni in the center and top with another 2 tablespoons cheese. Wet the edges of each rectangle with a thin layer of water then fold the dough over the filling and tightly seal the edges with a fork. Pierce the top of each pocket with a fork.
- Place in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, until the tops are lightly browned, and edges are crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool 5 minutes before serving.
