Avocado Hummus





Serves 8 |
Creamy, tasty, and wholesome.
Ingredients:
2 avocados |
1 can chickpeas, drained, cooked, 15 oz. |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons tahini paste |
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
- Cut the avocados in half. Remove the seeds. Scoop the avocado into a food processor.
- Add the lemon juice, tahini past, olive oil, ground cumin and salt to the food processor. Pulse until very smooth.
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Enjoy with crackers, naan bread, pita or veggies.
