Pork Chops with Asian-style Marinade





Serves 4 |
Spice up your regualr pork chops with this flavorful recipe.
Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon Asian sweet chili sauce |
| 1/2 cup hoisin sauce |
| 3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
| 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
| 4 boneless pork chops |
| Salt, to taste |
| Black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- In a large zip-top freezer bag, combine chili sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar and garlic powder. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade for later use.
- Place chops in freezer bag, and seal. Set freezer bag in a dish, and place dish in refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
- Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Season chops with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chops 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until done. Brush with reserved marinade.
