Easy Pan Seared Coho Salmon





Serves 2 |
A dish that's as easy as 1-2-3!
Ingredients:
| 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt, (more for taste) |
| 2 Coho salmon fillets, (bones removed) |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, (more for taste) |
| 2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
- Heat saute pan to medium heat.
- Brush salmon fillets with vegetable oil. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in saute pan, cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, transfer to plate and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
