Mango Pico De Gallo





Serves 8 |
A sweeter take on the classic dip.
Ingredients:
| 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced | 
| 1 mango, diced | 
| 1/2 red onion, diced | 
| 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, chopped | 
| 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced | 
| 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice | 
| 1/4 tsp salt | 
| Tortilla chips, for serving | 
Directions:
- Combine tomatoes, mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt in a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
 - Remove from the refrigerator, serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
