Decadent White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:
| 12 oz white chocolate, chopped |
| 1 cup whipping cream |
| 6 cups milk |
| 2 tablespoons orange zest |
| 1/4 cup sugar |
| Whipped cream, for garnish |
| Ground cinnamon, for garnish |
Directions:
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
- In a large saucepan, combine whipping cream, milk, orange zest and sugar. Stirring often, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Add 1 cup of the milk mixture to the melted white chocolate, stirring well with a wire whisk.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture into the milk mixture in the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.
- Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
