Green Beans with Dill and Orange Zest





Serves 4 |
A highly delectable side dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 tablespoons fresh grated orange zest |
2 teaspoons dried dill weed |
Sea salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Clean and de-stem green beans.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once butter is melted, add green beans and orange zest, saute until tender.
- Transfer green beans to a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and dill weed. Spoon to servings plates and enjoy.
