The Best Tuna Salad





Serves 6 |
Great for sandwiches, on crackers or toast.
Ingredients:
4 cans tuna in water, 5 oz. each |
1 rib celery, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons sweet relish |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons minced red onions |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
- Combine tuna, celery, relish, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice and red onion in a mixing bowl.
- Season tuna salat with salt and pepper. Stir together.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill.
