Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken





Serves 4 |
An all-in-one meal that’s on the table in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 lb chicken breast |
1 red onion |
1 red bell pepper |
2 cups pineapple chunks |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Salt, to taste |
Ground black pepper, to taste |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Slice the chicken breasts, red onion, red bell pepper into chunks.
- Place the chicken, red onion, red bell pepper and pineapple chunks in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and soy sauce over the chicken, red onion, red bell pepper, and pineapple. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Toss together until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a sheet pan. Spread out to all corners.
- Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Stir and toss, then return to the oven to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to serving plates. Enjoy!
