Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
| 2 cups spiral pasta, cooked |
| 1 can ripe olives, pitted, drained and chopped |
| 4 plum tomatoes, rinsed, dried and chopped |
| 2 tablespoons capers, drained |
| 4 tablespoons Greek vinaigrette |
| 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced |
| 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced |
| 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine pasta, olives, tomatoes and capers.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinaigrette, garlic and parsley; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and serve immediately.
