Crockpot Turkey Breast

Serves 10 |
Slow cooking at its best!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 can cranberry sauce |
1 packet dry onion soup mix |
2 tablespoons cold water |
5 lb boneless turkey breast |
Salt, (to taste) |
Ground black pepper, (to taste) |
Directions:
- Season turkey with onion soup mix, salt and pepper. Cover turkey evenly, then place in crockpot. Top turkey with cranberry sauce.
- Place top on crockpot and turn to low heat and cook for 4-5 hours. (turkey should be tender, not mushy)
- Remove turkey from crockpot, let rest. Leave sauce in crockpot, cover and turn heat to high.
- As crockpot is heating up. Combine cold water and cornstarch. Mix together until it forms a smooth paste.
- Once crockpot is boiling, stir in cornstarch paste and cook until it forms a thickened sauce.
- Slice turkey to serve and drizzle sauce over turkey. Enjoy!
